A healthy and tasty lunch that is easy to make.
RECIPE
You Will Need: 250g egg noodle (cooked), 2C sliced vegetables, 1 onion, diced, 350g firm tofu, 2T soy sauce, 1/3C honey and soy sauce, salt (to taste)
- Over medium heat, fry the tofu in a little bit of oil until golden (then flip) and season with salt and garlic powder
- Place the crispy tofu on a plate, add more oil and fry your diced onion. Add your vegetables and mix with soy sauce
- Add your tofu
- Stir
- Add your cooked egg noodles, your honey and soy sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt then stir
- Serve with a fried egg and enjoy!
