Tasty Tofu and Vege Stir-Fried Noodles


A healthy and tasty lunch that is easy to make.


You Will Need: 250g egg noodle (cooked), 2C sliced vegetables, 1 onion, diced, 350g firm tofu, 2T soy sauce, 1/3C honey and soy sauce, salt (to taste)

  1. Over medium heat, fry the tofu in a little bit of oil until golden (then flip) and season with salt and garlic powder
  2. Place the crispy tofu on a plate, add more oil and fry your diced onion. Add your vegetables and mix with soy sauce
  3. Add your tofu
  4. Stir
  5. Add your cooked egg noodles, your honey and soy sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt then stir
  6. Serve with a fried egg and enjoy!
