Breakfast Chilli


A hearty and healthy way to start your day, with a touch of spice.



Serves 4


  • 600g Baked Beans
  • 230ml Coconut Milk
  • 2T Butter
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2T Mild Curry Powder
  • 1/2t Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Cloves
  • Salt, to taste


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, allow your butter to melt. Add your onion and allow to cook.
  2. Add your spices and mix
  3. Add 1/2 of your coconut milk, and mix the spices and onion. Season everything with salt
  4. Add your baked beans and remaining coconut milk
  5. Mix well
  6. Serve with sourdough bread and olive oil (or corn chips) Enjoy.
