RECIPE:
Serves 4
YOU WILL NEED:
- 600g Baked Beans
- 230ml Coconut Milk
- 2T Butter
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2T Mild Curry Powder
- 1/2t Black Pepper
- Pinch of Cloves
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, allow your butter to melt. Add your onion and allow to cook.
- Add your spices and mix
- Add 1/2 of your coconut milk, and mix the spices and onion. Season everything with salt
- Add your baked beans and remaining coconut milk
- Mix well
- Serve with sourdough bread and olive oil (or corn chips) Enjoy.
